Your name and arrival time may be passed onto a key holder, so, in the unlikely event of our absence(!) they will know whom to expect - and when! Where we arrange car hire on your behalf, this information , will of course, also be supplied to the Car hire provider. We may also, from time to time, use your name and address for informing you of future availability and Special offers including Late availability. If you do not wish to receive this information, please advise us by email or fax.
